What does admission include?
Your admission fee provides access to the festival and most activities. Food and beverages are available for an additional charge, and some vendors may offer sample-size portions at reduced prices.
Children under 12 receive free admission. Please visit the ticket page for complete details.
What should I wear?
Spring weather in the Houston metropolitan area can range from pleasantly cool to very warm. Dress comfortably and consider bringing an umbrella or light jacket.
Festival merchandise may also be available for purchase during the event.
Should I bring sunscreen?
Yes. We recommend bringing sunscreen and sunglasses for yourself and your family. Although some shaded areas will be available, much of the festival takes place outdoors in direct sunlight.
What kind of shoes should I wear?
Wear comfortable shoes. You may spend significant time standing, walking between festival areas, and dancing during the performances.
Will beverages be available?
Yes. Beverages will be available for purchase throughout the festival grounds. Remember to stay hydrated during the event.
Guests purchasing alcoholic beverages must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available on the event grounds.
Is the festival accessible to guests with disabilities?
Accessible parking is available at the park, and the festival grounds include several wheelchair-accessible entry and access points.
The festival does not provide transportation between areas of the grounds. Wheelchairs and medical mobility scooters are permitted.
Will ATMs be available?
Yes. ATMs will be available on the festival grounds.
What food will be available?
The festival will feature a variety of Louisiana cuisine, popular carnival foods, refreshing beverages, and menu options for guests of all ages.

Do I need to keep my wristband on?
Yes. Keep your wristband securely fastened throughout the event. A valid wristband is required for re-entry.
Is re-entry allowed?
Yes. Re-entry is permitted for guests wearing a valid festival wristband.
Will alcoholic beverages be served?
Yes. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. All guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
The festival will take place rain or shine. If the event is canceled because of inclement weather, then a rescheduled date will be announced.
Refunds will not be issued. Tickets purchased for the canceled event will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

What is the refund policy?
The festival will take place rain or shine. All ticket sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
